At Zynthe, we take great care in delivering well-crafted products. Please review our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Return Eligibility

Returns are not accepted unless the item is received defective or damaged during shipping.
All claims for defects or shipping damage must be reported within 3 days of delivery. Claims submitted after this period will not be eligible for review.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used products

  • Items marked as Final Sale

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable or digital products


3. How to Report a Defect or Damage

To initiate a return request, please contact us at info@zynthe.co within 3 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Photographs clearly showing the defect or shipping damage

Once reviewed and approved, we will provide further instructions.


4. Return Shipping

If the return is approved due to a defect or shipping damage, return shipping costs will be covered by Zynthe.
For any other approved exceptions, customers may be responsible for return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.


5. Refund Processing

After the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.


6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If a replacement is approved due to damage or defect, it will be arranged by our team. For all other cases, a new order must be placed separately.


7. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us immediately at info@zynthe.co within 3 days of delivery, along with supporting photographs. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.


8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within 10 business days after confirmation, please first check with your bank or payment provider. If the issue persists, contact us at info@zynthe.co for assistance.
