We ship exclusively via Blue Dart for both domestic and international orders to ensure secure, reliable, and trackable deliveries.


Domestic Shipping (Within India)

  • Courier: Blue Dart

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after order confirmation

  • Delivery Time: Typically 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on location

  • Coverage: All serviceable pin codes within India supported by Blue Dart

  • Tracking: Tracking details will be shared once the order is dispatched

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to location, weather, or unforeseen logistics delays.


International Shipping

  • Courier: Blue Dart International

  • Processing Time: 3–7 business days after order confirmation

  • Delivery Time: Typically 7–14 business days after dispatch, subject to destination and customs clearance

  • Tracking: International tracking details will be provided once shipped

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.

Zynthe is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections or clearance procedures.


Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with Blue Dart tracking details to monitor your delivery in real time.


Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery

Please ensure that all shipping details are accurate at checkout. Zynthe is not responsible for delays, returns, or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses. Any re-shipping costs will be borne by the customer.


Damaged or Missing Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears tampered with, please notify us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos and order details at info@zynthe.co. Claims submitted after this window may not be eligible for review.
